Quetta is the largest city in Pakistan's Baluchistan province. What was once known as a peaceful and joyous city and the 'fruit garden of Baluchistan', Quetta today is living through one of the most volatile periods of its existence where sectarian killings are terrorizing the local Hazara Shia community. NASIMCO has launched an appeal through the World Federation of KSIMC to raise both awareness and funds for the suffering victim families across Pakistan who are being targeted because of their faith. Please donate generously. In addition, on Sunday, March 17th, 2013, The World Federation is hosting a live televised appeal on Ahlulbayt TV between 8pm and 10pm EST. By tuning in and watching the telethon, the voices of each and every slain martyr, injured men, women and children as well as families who live in fear every day in Pakistan will be heard. |
