Chaminade
Health Care Center
Since 2013, the Marianist Sisters have worked at the Chaminade Health Care Center located in a rural area called Singhpur, near Ranchi (India). The center itself was opened at the request of Fr. Alfonso Ekka, a pastor in Singhpur.
All the villages around use the facilities. However, there are those who are not used to seeking medical assistance, preferring to use their own natural medicines that are good, but sometimes not effective.
During emergencies, many people die for lack of adequate or prompt attention. Therefore, Marianist sisters go to the villages to treat the sick and raise awareness about the Chaminade Health Care Center. Their mission is to provide primary health care and education in health and hygiene in villages.

Desde 2013 funciona en SInghpur, una zona rural cerca de Ranchi (India) un centro de salud de atenci�n primaria que las hermanas Marianistas abrieron a petici�n del P Alfonso Ekka, p�rroco en SInghpur.
Desde su apertura est� atendiendo a todas las aldeas del alrededor. La gente de las aldeas no est� acostumbrada a ir a m�dicos, usan sus medicinas naturales que son buenas pero a veces no muy eficaces ante las emergencias, mucha gente muere por falta de adecuada o pronta atenci�n.
Ante este problema las hermanas se plantearon hacer Campos m�dicos e ir a las aldeas a atender a los enfermos y dar a conocer el centro de Salud Chaminade. El planteamiento es dar atenci�n primaria y educaci�n sanitaria, en la salud e higiene desde el centro, en las aldeas y el colegio y residencias de ni�os /ni�as cercano al centro.

Centre M�dico-Social Chaminade
Depuis 2013, les Sœurs Marianistes travaillent � Singhpur, une r�gion rurale, pr�s de Ranchi (Inde), dans un Centre M�dico-Social, ouvert sur la demande du Fr. Alfonso Ekka, Pasteur � Singpur.
Les villages environnants b�n�ficient de ce Centre M�dico-Social. Les habitants du village ne sont pas habitu�s � aller chez un docteur, ils pr�f�rent utiliser la m�decine traditionnelle qui est bonne mais pas efficace. Dans les accidents, beaucoup meurent par manque de prompte ou d'ad�quate attention.
En face de ce probl�me, les Sœurs vont dans les villages pour soigner les malades et parler du Centre M�dico-Social Chaminade. Ce Centre M�dico-Social donne les premiers soins de sant� et offre une �ducation sur l'hygi�ne sanitaire dans les villages.
