A Bridge of Solidarity
The Marianist Mission Foundation in Argentina developed an annual Christmas Eve event that invites families to put together a Christmas box for needy families in the province of Chaco, in northern Argentina. The box includes non-perishable food, toys, hygiene items, and other items. This creates what they refer to as a SOLIDARIO BRIDGE (Solidarity Bridge).
This bridge of families allows those who receive the box to feel more connected to others at Christmas. The box also includes letters and drawings of small expressions of affection.
The project is motivated by Fr. Severiano Ayastuy, a Marianist priest. Beyond the holidays, the Marianist Mission Foundation continues to sponsor other projects to reach out to the needy.

La Fundaci�n Misi�n Marianista de Argentina desarrolla cada a�o una Nochebuena para el Chaco, creando un PUENTE SOLIDARIO: se invita a familias que quieran armar una caja navide�a para enviar al Impenetrable chaque�o, con alimentos, juguetes, elementos de aseo y otros detalles para compartir con familias de la Provincia de Chaco, en el norte de Argentina.
As� este puente acerca a las familias que arman la caja con aquellas que la reciben para sentirse m�s hermanos en Navidad, por eso dentro de ellas se incluyen cartas, dibujos de los m�s peque�os que expresan su cari�o.
Motivados por el P. Severiano Ayastuy, sacerdote marianista, es que la Fundaci�n Misi�n Marianista eligi� este lugar y concret� este proyecto, junto a otros. As� los Marianistas a trav�s de Nochebuena para el Chaco continuamos con la invitaci�n a salir al encuentro de los m�s necesitados.
A este emprendimiento hace dos a�os atr�s se ha sumado un grupo misionero que va los primeros.

La Fondation Mission Marianiste d' Argentine r�alise chaque ann�e un Noel pour le Chaco, cr�ant un pont solidaire: On invite les familles qui le d�sirent � pr�parer un cadeau de Noel avec aliments, jouets, savons, eau de toilette et autres ... pour envoyer et partager avec des familles de la Province du Chaco au nord de l'Argentine.
Ce pont rapproche les familles qui pr�parent le cadeau de celles qui le re�oivent. Ainsi elles se sentent plus fraternelles en ce temps de Noel. Certaines y ajoutent des lettres et des dessins d'enfants exprimant leur affection.
La Fondation Mission Marianiste, motiv�e par le p�re Severiano Ayastuy, pr�tre marianiste, a choisi ce lieu et mis sur pied ce projet parmi d'autres. Ainsi les marianistes par "Noel pour le Chaco" continuent l'invitation � sortir pour aller � la rencontre des plus n�cessiteux.
Cela fait deux ans qu'un groupe missionnaire s'est attach� � cette entreprise.
