School districts can piggyback on money-saving contracts available through two national cooperative purchasing programs under one roof, The Keystone Purchasing Network and PEPPM Technology Bidding and Purchasing Program.  Both programs advertise and solicit sealed bids, which are awarded to the most responsive and responsible bidders.  The result is higher quality at lower prices.

Friends to Friends

(Note received from an Ambassador Program participant.)

Hi Leslie,

We sent a parent note home asking for "great moments" parents and students have experienced with Palmer Elementary. I will say that it was by far one of the most nerve wracking things I have ever done... However, we were so excited to see ALL the positive moments and comments sent back. I actually asked some of the teachers if they were hiding the bad ones. What a fabulous morale booster for our school and staff!!!! I love it! Here are some pics of our board we posted in the cafeteria. I knew the kids would love to see "Olaf" so we incorporated him into our board. The snowflakes have the comments written by parents on them.

We are excited y'all are coming!
