BIA Advocates in Vacaville
When NIMBYs tried to derail an approved development project in Vacaville, BIA|Bay Area joined business and labor voices in successfully speaking up for housing. BIA East Bay Government Affairs Director Lisa Vorderbrueggen and others vigorously expressed support before the Vacaville City Council on April 12, 2016, for the Upper Lagoon Valley development agreement.  Full Story
PG&E Offers New Online Services
Starting this month, PG&E will accept online contract signatures and payments from its business services customers. Previously, new customers could only submit payments and signed contracts on paper. PG&E promises that the new online features will reduce project cycle times and will increase customer satisfaction by providing options that customers have asked for. Full Story
