Are City of Santa Clara parks fees going up again? That is the decision in front of the Santa Clara City Council at its meeting on Dec. 15, 2015. Santa Clara imposed significant fee increases on new residential construction in 2014, raising rates from a maximum of $500 per unit to more than $22,000 per multi-family unit and $30,000 for a single-family home.
