City of San Jose Riparian Corridor Policy/Ordinance Study
In an environmental course of action that may affect hundreds if not thousands of properties, the City of San Jose is taking up a review of its Riparian Corridor Policy for possible City Council action by early 2016. At the October 8th meeting of the Southbay RPC, San Jose Planning Director Harry Freitas presented an overview of City efforts to review and update the Riparian Corridor Policy. Full Story
Redwood City Affordable Housing Impact Fees
Redwood City will begin review of Residential Impact Fee and Commercial Linkage Fee Nexus studies prepared for Redwood City as part of the Countywide Nexus Study and will consider adoption of a fee on both residential and non-residential development. The City Council hearing is set for Monday, October 26, 2015, 7:00 p.m., at Council Chambers, City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City. Click here to view the residential nexus study.
