Comments Requested - Factory Built Housing Survey
The Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is seeking input regarding the development of multifamily housing utilizing Factory-Built Housing (FBH).

According to HCD, FBH has the potential to reduce development costs through construction savings and project build-up times.  The Department desires your feedback on potential barriers and benefits to FBH, such as design permit processing, inspection programs, and construction and development costs.
