BIA-Led Coalitions Comment on Regional Water Board's Streams/Wetlands and Sea Level Rise Regulatory Initiatives
Last week, BIA Bay Area organized coalitions to submit comments on two important regulatory proposals of the San Francisco Regional Water Quality Quality Control Board.  The Water Board is in the process of its 2015 Triennial Basin Plan Review.  The Basin Plan is the master policy document that contains descriptions of the legal, technical, and programmatic bases of water quality regulation in the San Francisco Bay Region, including water quality standards relating to regulation of streams and wetlands.   Full Story

BuildJobs PAC Fundraiser Golf Tournament & Luncheon, Sept. 25
On behalf of our Chairman's Council, please join us for our first PAC Fundraiser on Friday, September 25. This will be a 3-club, 9-hole golf tournament and luncheon. Only 72 golfer spots are available, but if you're not a golfer, join us afterwards for a luncheon & reception. Tournament will be at the Pleasanton Golf Center followed by the luncheon at the Palm Pavilion at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. All payments must be made to the BuildJobs PAC.
