Walnut Creek Development Proposals Spur Action

BIA|Bay Area and its partners in the business community will convene a special task force charged with responding to a fiscal neutrality policy, fee increases and other development regulatory changes proposed in Walnut Creek. At the coalition's initial meeting on March 26, 2015, developers and other industry representatives expressed concerns about the potential local and regional impacts of the significant policy changes under discussion in Walnut Creek as part of the city's West Downtown Specific Plan.  Full Story
