Don't forget to bring in coats!
Thank you & Hundred Nights  COAT DRIVE!

The ⅞ Builders Club would like to thank you again for donating toys for the toy drive. The toys were brought to Toys for Tots in Keene before the holidays and were a tremendous help to our local community!

We wanted to remind you that the Builders Club is currently in the middle of Coat Drive for Hundred Nights Shelter in Keene.  We are collecting adult-sized coats, boots, hats, gloves and long johns. They are mostly looking for coats, boots, and long johns. So clean out those closets/ bins and help out our community!  It would greatly appreciated.

Thanks!  (Alyssa and the Builders Club)

**Hi Everyone!  It's Marybeth Sweeney, Ronan & Finn's mom.  As the owner of CrossFit Keene, I'd like to share that we are now offering a kid's strength and fitness program on Wednesdays each week!  Starting in February, we'll be offering a 6-week program (1x/week) of group fitness classes.  I'd like at least 6 kids in each class, so that I can get a solid group together!

For kids ages 12-15yrs the class is 3:15-4:00pm.  For kids ages 8-11yrs, the class is from 4:00-4:45pm. We teach proper movement for body weight exercises like squatting, push-ups, pull-ups and ring rows, sit-ups, etc.  We teach weight bearing movements that are appropriate for children to learn, and do things like obstacle courses, box jumping, rope climbing and timed workouts for a fun challenge!  It all feels much like we're playing games for the 45-minute class.  The kids I've been piloting the program with have had a ton of fun!

We charge 48$/child for the 6-week cycle.  Begin date is Wednesday February 3rd, and ends on Wednesday, March 16th.  There is no class during February break.  Parents/Guardians would need to sign a waiver for their child prior to participation.  Registration deadline would be February 1st.
