Yale University is a tobacco free campus. The Tobacco-Free Yale initiative focuses its efforts on improving the health and environment of our overall community.

Yale Housing supports this healthful initiative and wants to remind all of our residents that Yale Housing buildings and grounds are tobacco, smoke and vape free.*

Free Cessation Programs

Yale Health & Student Wellness offers free cessation programs for students and their families who would like to quit smoking.  To find out more about the steps you or a family member can take to quit visit: http://tobaccofree.yale.edu/how-to-quit.

On average it takes individuals 4 to 6 times to quit smoking.  Thinking about quitting?
