Port Credit Charging Systems Inc.
Jack Daniel Bernstein, founder and President of Port Credit Charging Systems Inc., was waiting in a restaurant for an important business phone call when his phone battery died. With no means in sight to charge his mobile, he wondered why there were no charging systems available for these types of situations. That thought was the impetus behind Port Credit Charging Systems' ChargeMore, a portable battery powered mobile phone charger.
Wanting to bring their product innovation to commercialization and raise funds, Port Credit Charging Systems enlisted HalTech's help to secure investment capital. HalTech introduced the company to private investors, assisted in their IRAP/BAP funding for mentorship applications and facilitated their participation in Angel One's "First Look" showcase event.
Port Credit Charging Systems also took advantage of HalTech's many educational seminars and workshops to enhance their business knowledge and skills.
Key results from Port Credit Charging Systems' efforts include early investment capital, and an application to OCE Smart Seed funding round in November 2015. The future is bright for these entrepreneurs and their company.
