Evan Clark Business Innovation Consultant
Join us in welcoming our newest staff member, Evan Clark.
Evan's diverse and creative experience as an entrepreneur, in managing theatrical event productions and leading student entrepreneurship programs in Windsor make him very well-suited for building up HalTech's Client Services programs, professional events and future growth. From starting businesses out of his garage as a youth, and later his own tech-startups, Evan is driven by hands-on business growth while enhancing the success of others. He is a graduate of Western University's Richard Ivey HBA program in London, ON, specializing in entrepreneurship and strategic marketing. Through his past non-profit experience, Evan has been nationally awarded for his socially-minded leadership in financial literacy education and business startup initiatives.

Congratulations To HalTech Client, Ionada!
Ionada is a global technology leader in air emission and water treatment technologies. They focus on developing, manufacturing and marketing marine Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems (EGCS) and have recently secured a supply contract for their Membrane Scrubber™ for MG Management's RO-RO carrier, the NOLHANAVA.
That's not all! Ionada is also one of five finalists for the Environmental Technology Award at the 2015 Ship Efficiency Awards, hosted by Lloyd's Register and taking place at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in London, England.
HalTech has assisted Ionada in a number of ways. Working with our chemistry expert and EiR, Sam Stevens, together they assessed technical risk of the new technology. Following business planning, HalTech outlined available funding grants such as IRAP to scale-up their project for expedited commercialization.
