The 2013 CROSS COUNTRY TOUR

Touring motorcycle riders are rolling up the miles on the innovative Cross Country Tour from Victory Motorcycles. It has the most storage space of any motorcycle in the world, unmatched comfort, superb performance and distinctive style. Pack everything you need, take to the road and relax for weeks.

106 CUBIC-INCH FREEDOMŽ V-TWIN

The VictoryŽ FreedomŽ 106/6 V-Twin is a 106-cu. in. powerplant that pumps out 106 ft-lb of arm-straightening, street-churning torque. It's a counter-balanced, fuel-injected engine that delivers impressive performance for riders who like to lead, not follow.

6-SPEED TRANSMISSION WITH OVERDRIVE

A Cross Country Tour rider enjoys smooth shifting and the best cruising on the open road in 6th gear, which is a true overdrive. Helical-cut gears ensure that each shift is smooth and easy, and neutral assist makes it easy to slip into neutral at stops.

ABS BRAKES

In all conditions, the Victory Anti-Lock Brake System on the Cross Country Tour provides riders with peace of mind. When traction is compromised, it immediately and automatically provides reliable braking to help a rider stop quickly and under control.

VICTORY COMFORT CONTROL SYSTEM

Enjoy season-extending comfort with the Victory Comfort Control System, which provides a rider with Upper Air Controls and Lower Air Controls to manage the airflow from the front end. In cold or wet conditions, close the controls to completely block the elements. In warm weather, open them up to enjoy cooling airflow.

CRUISE CONTROL

Out on the open road, go ahead and activate the cruise control for an easy, relaxed ride. This automotive-qualify cruise control is easy to activate and set, and it reliably maintains the desired speed. To de-activate it, simply press "Off" or engage the clutch lever or either brake.

4.7 INCHES OF REAR SUSPENSION TRAVEL

The open road can get a little rough, so it's great to have the 4.7" of smooth travel provided by the Cross Country Tour rear suspension. The air shock is easily adjusted using a hand pump so the suspension delivers a consistently smooth ride for one or two riders, with or without cargo on board.

WORLD'S GREATEST TOTAL CARGO CAPACITY

The Cross Country Tour has the most storage space of any motorcycle in the world. Its trunk, saddlebags and two front storage compartments offer a total of 41.1 gallons of storage space. With a Cross Country Tour, you can take it with you - there's plenty of room.

SADDLEBAGS & RAILS

Cross Country Tour saddlebags set the standard for storage space, cargo protection and security. These bags offer a total of 21.3 gallons of storage space, and the lockable lids have weatherproof seals to protect gear stowed inside. Rails that extend beyond the base of the saddlebags complement the bike's style and provide outstanding low-speed tip-over protection.

HEATED SEATS AND GRIPS

Extend the riding season with the heated handgrips and heated seats. The driver has Hi & Lo settings on the hand controls to ward off the chill, and the seats provide the driver and passenger with individual Hi/Lo controls.

TALL WINDSHIELD

Complementing the excellent weather protection of the Victory Comfort Control System is the tall windshield. It provides outstanding protection and ensures a rider will have reliable visibility in all conditions.

26.25" SEAT HEIGHT

Rule of the road: the lower the seat height, the more control. The Cross Country Tour has the lowest seat in its class. Unless you admit having the toe strength of a ballerina, you want to be able to plant both feet firmly on the ground.

ADJUSTABLE PASSENGER FLOORBOARDS

It's a rule of the road: When the passenger's not happy, nobody's happy. The Cross Country Tour enhances the passenger's ride with adjustable floorboards. These floorboards can be set in any of three positions over a 2" height range, and can be tipped at a 10° angle for optimal comfort.

12V SOCKET

Charge! Keep electronic accessories running strong using the 12v power outlet. It lets riders charge items such as phones or batteries and can power items such as heated apparel, GPS units and more.

MONTHLY SPOTLIGHT
2013 RANGER 800 MID-SIZE

The midsize chassis is built for work, even though it's engineered smaller than the full-size RANGERs . The RANGER 800 gets the toughest jobs done, while being easier to maneuver, park and store inside barns and sheds, fit on a trailer or haul in the bed of many trucks.

True AWD keeps you moving, automatically engaging all four wheels when you need more forward traction and reverting back to 2WD when you don't. When in 2WD, the VersaTrac Turf Mode switch unlocks the rear differential for easier, tighter turns that won't tear up your grass.

A full 10" of ground clearance keeps the ride smooth, clearing obstacles and reducing high-centering on rough terrain.

A 1,250 lb. towing capacity lets you tow trailers and wheeled equipment with ease.

With 50 HP and an 800 Twin Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) engine, delivers big power in a midsize chassis.

Rear dump box has gas-assist dumping operation and features exclusive Lock & Ride cargo system that accommodates many hard-working accessories that can go on and off in seconds.

Cab ergonomics deliver outstanding driver and passenger comfort, with extra legroom and easy cab slide-through design so two adults can get in and out quickly.

Our legendary smooth Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) has 9" of travel and five-point adjustable preload so you can stiffen the suspension for heavy loads. The MacPherson Strut independent front suspension has a long 8" of travel.

The 800 EFI power plant has standard equipment that includes a speedometer and an instrument cluster with an electronic fuel gauge.

The mid-size chassis and lighter overall vehicle weight deliver easier handling and maneuvering on turf, trails and rough terrain.

Don't forget a big roomy glove to let you carry gloves, small tools and other gear with you at all times with an 1.6 gallon capacity. It also comes with Driver and Passenger Side Nets. Available in Photo-Realistic Polaris Pursuit Camo Pattern and has a Certified Roll-Over Protective Structure (ROPS).

Polaris has put all the features together to make the Ranger 800 Mid Size the perfect ORV for your needs. Stop in and see for yourself!

POLARIS DONATING 10 OFF-ROAD VEHICLES TO THE SALVATION ARMY FOR OKLAHOMA DISASTER RELIEF
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Military units to feature Run-Flat and Non-Pneumatic Tires due to harsh conditions
Minneapolis, MN (May 28, 2013) - Polaris Industries Inc. (NYSE: PII) today announced the company is donating 10 military, off-road vehicles with a combination of Run-Flat and Non-Pneumatic Tires (NPT), to enhance The Salvation Army's ability to transport food, water and other critical supplies to survivors, in Moore, Okla. The units will be delivered from Polaris' Osceola, Wis. plant, free of charge, thanks to a generous donation from Bay and Bay Transport and Overbye Trucking.
"With debris on the ground from thousands of destroyed homes, these vehicles will allow us to serve in places our mobile kitchens cannot," said Lt. Col. Robert Thomson, Salvation Army Northern Division Commander. "We thank Polaris for this incredible gift. These vehicles will allow us to serve more people in crisis."
The donated units, a combination of military ATV, RANGER and RZR vehicles, are outfitted with either Run Flat tires or NPTs to prevent down time. Run-Flat tires resist the effects of deflation when punctured giving the operator the ability to continue to use the vehicle; and NPTs are built to never go flat and are virtually indestructible.
"Oklahoma will rebound from this terrible tragedy, through the resiliency of its people and the assistance of organizations like The Salvation Army," said Scott Wine, Polaris' Chief Executive Officer.  "Polaris has long supported their charitable efforts, and we hope the donation of these vehicles will assist them as they provide the affected communities with the relief they desperately need."
To date, The Salvation Army has served more than 17,000 meals and snacks to tornado survivors and relief workers across Oklahoma, with pastoral care provided to about 800 people. The Salvation Army is now preparing to offer long-term case management, which can include financial assistance, stress management classes, replacement furniture and much more.
INDIAN MOTORCYCLE REVEALS PRICING AS LEAD UP TO HISTORIC UNVEILING OF ALL-NEW 2014 INDIAN CHIEF AT STURGIS RALLY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Highly Anticipated Details Make Clear that Authentic, Affordable Choice is Coming to American Motorcycles as Indian Motorcycle Makes its Debut at the World's Largest Motorcycle Event

MEDINA, Minn. - May 13, 2013 - Indian Motorcycle, America's first motorcycle company, today continued its trip toward the historic unveiling of the completely new 2014 Indian Motorcycle. Following on the heels of the reveal of the all-new Thunder Stroke 111™ engine on March 9 at Daytona Bike Week, Indian Motorcycle, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Polaris Industries, released much anticipated details as it accelerates toward the upcoming launch.

Staying true to its heritage, the revival of the Indian Motorcycle brand will debut with the introduction of the 2014 Indian Chief. First introduced in 1922, the legendary Indian Chief is historically the brand's most popular selling model and is widely recognized by motorcycling enthusiasts around the world as one of the most iconic motorcycles ever produced. The Indian Chief is the flagship of the brand's 112-year product lineup, and it has come to proudly represent the spirit of the Indian Motorcycle brand.

"We are honored to make today's important announcements at this time, as it was roughly 112 years ago that the very first Indian Motorcycle prototype was demonstrated to the press on the streets in Springfield, Massachusetts," said Vice President of Polaris Motorcycles Steve Menneto. "We're especially proud to reveal that our inaugural model will be the iconic Indian Chief. Riders around the world will be thrilled to know their choice in American motorcycles will now come in the form of a brand new Indian Chief."

To view a short video clip in support of today's announcement or to see a silhouette image of the flagship 2014 Indian Chief, visit the Indian Motorcycle website.

In addition to announcing the first model to come out of the Spirit Lake, Iowa production plant, the all-new 2014 Indian Chief will be available at an MSRP starting at $18,999. Inventory is expected to be available at Indian Motorcycle dealerships throughout North America later this year. Indian Motorcycle dealerships will be opening across the country this summer to accommodate bike demand and service needs.

"When Polaris Industries acquired this brand two years ago, our goal from the outset was to leverage our engineering, manufacturing and operational prowess as a market leader in powersports to design and build a truly exceptional motorcycle that represents the perfect balance of legendary heritage and brilliant, state-of-the-art engineering and technology," continued Menneto. "All of us at Indian Motorcycle are very proud to offer the 2014 Indian Chief at a starting price of $18,999. We set out to make the power and heritage of this beautiful new bike available at a price point that is competitive and more accessible to people who are looking for authenticity and choice in American motorcycles."

The new Indian Chief will be revealed at the 73rd annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota, which runs August 3-11, 2013. Specific details on the launch timing will be announced this summer. The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, the world's largest motorcycle rally, was started in 1936 by an Indian Motorcycle club, the famed Jackpine Gypsies. Indian Motorcycle is proud to reclaim that heritage and share the historic reveal of the 2014 Indian Chief with the rider community at the 2013 Sturgis Rally.
