Scholarships
The Foundation of the Virginia Recreation and Park Society is offering up to 29 Annual Conference scholarships, ranging from $100 to 100% of the early registration rate.

  1. Register for Annual Conference; use the "Bill Me" option.
  2. Submit your Scholarship Application by the deadline:  
    Wednesday, 7/13/2016.
  3. Be a member in good standing of both VRPS and the Foundation of VRPS:  Scholarship preference will be given to those individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to the profession through membership in VRPS and the Foundation of VRPS.
  4. Scholarship applicants will be notified of their scholarship status after the submission deadline.

Companies other than non-profit organizations involved in the delivery of leisure services, equipment, supplies or similar associated activities for parks and recreation qualify for VRPS Commercial Membership. Each Commercial Member will receive:

* VRPS member agency department mailing list upon request
