A 'FIRST' FOR EVERYTHING - EVEN AT AGE 87
BUCKET LIST:
Voting as a U.S. Citizen. Narciso Jimenez, a resident at Pennsauken Senior Residence, not only became a U.S. Citizen at age 87 (this past April), but he also exercised his right to vote this week.

"It just goes to show that you're never too old," shared Elizabeth Hartley, Social Worker at LSMNJ's affordable senior housing property. "Mr. Jimenez was so excited that he hugged everyone at the polls, as well as the staff here at Pennsauken."
2015 GOLF CLASSIC - A HOLE IN ONE!

The sun could not help but shine on the LSMNJ Golf outing, Monday June 1st. Well, maybe it didn't shine, but it never rained. LSMNJ was blessed to have over 60 people enjoy a day of golf, all to support the residents of Lutheran Crossings Enhanced Living at Moorestown.

"I cannot believe it didn't rain on us once all day" commented Beth Gebhart. "We had great support for the outing with 57 golfers, who I'm sure thought they would be rained on."

New this year was a golf clinic, taught by the pro at Pine Barrens Golf Club. Those who participated really felt they received individual attention and had lots of fun. Cindy Mackalonis said "I really have the golf bug now. I want to get back out there and hit some more"

The day raised over $45,000, which will assist in enhancing the dining experience for residents at Lutheran Crossings.
