A revised version of the NSF Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG), (NSF 17-1) has been issued. The PAPPG has been modified in its entirety. The document will now be referred to solely as the NSF Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide. Given the number of important revisions, the community is strongly encouraged to review the by-chapter summary of changes provided in pages 2-8 of the PAPPG. Webinar on the NIH covering the agency's organization, mission, funding mechanisms, priorities and a step-by-step discussion of how to write a research proposal to NIH (Nov. 30). 
Webinar for social scientists on how to identify and understand which programs within NSF and NIH fund social sciences, what reviewers are typically looking for, and common mistakes to avoid. The webinar will also cover out to identify private foundations that may be interested in funding your social science research (Dec. 7).
