The University of California President's Postdoctoral 
Fellowship Program was established in 1984 to encourage outstanding women and minority Ph.D. recipients to pursue academic careers at the University of California. The current program offers postdoctoral research fellowships and faculty mentoring to outstanding scholars in all fields whose research, teaching, and service will contribute to the diversity and equal opportunity at the University of California.
The campus is proposing a new policy related to clinical trials. This new policy is intended to align with various laws and regulations governing clinical trials.


Webinar for new faculty covering strategies for developing a research agenda, identifying and analyzing funding opportunities, understanding funding agencies, creating a funding plan, and recruiting mentors and collaborators. (October 26, 2016)

UCLA Research Enhancement Series - How to Write Successful Proposals for NSF Career, DoD Young Investigator and Other Grants for Early-Career Researchers
Webinar on NSF CAREER and other grants specifically for junior faculty. How to identify the right grants and how to write those proposals. Emphasis will be on the NSF CAREER, but other early career grants will also be discussed. (November 9, 2016)
