May 19th is a Habitat Kind of Day!
|

On May 19th, you have your choice of three wonderful events that celebrate Habitat and our partner families: A wall raising celebration at our new site in Bourne, the Jammin' for Julian event to benefit Julian Gabriel, and a fabulous mariachi concert. You could even have an entire Habitat day that lasts well into the night.
Wall Raisi ng - We're building in Bourne! Come to the Wall Raising Celebration for our 76th house at
6 Flintlock Lane, Bourne. We will celebrate and bless the home at 2:30. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to join in the wall raising itself. Please be respectful of neighbors and park along the marsh on Marsh Pond Road, located at the end of Flintlock Lane. And remember to allow plenty of extra time if you are crossing the Sagamore Bridge!

Jammin' for Julian - Kelly Moriarty and her son, Julian, partnered with Habitat in 2010, building a two-bedroom home in Dennis. Julian was recently diagnosed with Acute lymphoblastic Leukemia, and is now receiving intensive chemotherapy treatments. Jammin' for Julian is a benefit event to offset the family's costs during his treatment. There will be several bands performing, events and activities for kids during the day and into the night, a silent auction, a raffle, and door prizes. But we need your help in making it even better! We would love to have more items for our mailboxes and for our auction. If you have access to: - Sporting event tickets
