Greetings!

Our idea of a Happy Spring is dedicating a new Habitat for Humanity home!
On Sunday, March 18th, we dedicated our 75th new Habitat home on Cape Cod. It was a beautiful day filled with volunteers, members of the Federated Church of Orleans, and friends and family of the homeowners, Christina and Chloe Macort.
I hope you saw the wonderful article in the Cape Cod Times about Christina and Chloe and, if you weren't able to join us in person on Sunday, you can share in their happiness by reading about their experiences.
And please
take a look at our upcoming events and consider joining us at one of them soon.

Warmly,

Vicki Goldsmith
Executive Director

Songs for Shelter event a Great Success !
Songs for ShelterOn March 9th, Songs for Shelter raised over $2,000 to support the Faith Build 2012 project!

A big thanks to our co-sponsors: First Congregational Church, Wellfleet and Christian Union Church, Truro.

And special thanks to the amazing and very talented artists who performed that evening. Featured performers were:
  • pianists Paul Bisaccia and John Thomas,
  • vocalists Jon Arterton, James Mack, Joyce Aimee and Phoebe Otis,
  • and Bulgarian musicians Elena Mancheva and Boris Mozurski.
A fundraiser that was a total blast - now that's a superb combination!
