Whole chickens, sweet potatoes and cider: yup, it's Week 18 and it's definitely Fall. 

We have a perfectly Fall-flavored bag headed your way this week, and not a day too soon as the temperatures begin to dip lower into the 60s and 70s. Time to crack out your slow-cookers and your scarves and enjoy this magical season!

What's in the bag: the bags are filled with spaghetti squashes, sweet potatoes, cider, plums and kale. The omnivores will all get a whole chicken, and the vegetarians and vegans will get an array of veggies instead: carrots, leeks, cauliflower, and heirloom tomatoes as well as some apples. The large subscribers will also get some broccoli and cabbage, as well as a loaf of whole wheat bread (to make stuffing/dressing-- a great time to try out your recipe ideas for Thanksgiving!) And the Large Vegetarian subscribers will get a pint jar of our Tomato & Red Onion relish-- serve on a cheese board instead of tapenade, whisk in some oil for a salad dressing, or braise chunks of cauliflower in this savory sauce.

Reminders
October is the last month of the Share. 

October is the final month of the Summer Share, and the last of the monthly payments. You should be receiving a payment reminder early next week, but you can always sign into your account and make a payment whenever. 

A reminder: credits do not carry over to the next season, so if you still have some extra vacation credits in your account, be sure to use them these next few weeks!
