Welcome to July and Week 6 of your Summer Share, everybody!
We hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July celebration-- the weather has been perfect for spending lots of time outdoors, so we hope enjoying all this amazing food on back decks and on picnics! The bags have been getting bigger and bigger lately and there's no stopping that this week, and we have some more sweets, too: beets, cherries, and black raspberries!
In this week's bag, the omnivores will be getting a choice of protein-- you pick either a whole chicken or a pork roast. The Large subscribers will also get a pizza pack-- dough, sauce, and bulk Italian sausage. Our vegetarians & vegans will get a feast of vegetables-- red cabbage, kale, broccoli, kohlrabi, cucumbers and much more.

Mill Road entrance to St. Basil still closed this week.
FYI to everyone who picks up in Brecksville-- the Mill Road entrance will be closed for a pipe repair. Please use the Brecksville Road entrance instead!
We are canceling the downtown stops during the convention.
We will not be running the 5th Street Arcades or the Playhouse Square Stops on Thursday the 14th or Thursday the 21st of July due to the RNC.
The next closest stop is in Tremont, which is on Saturdays from 10:00am-2:00pm, but you're welcome to come pick up your share at any other location and you don't need to let us know beforehand.
If you would like to place a Special Order during those weeks, please go ahead and place it and then write to us (info@freshforkmarket.com) to let us know where you'll be picking up so we can make sure it's sorted for the correct route.
July monthly payments are due.
If you owe any money on your account from purchases made at the back of the truck or if you are on our monthly payment plan, you should be getting a payment reminder for the month of July soon. Please just reply to that email if you have any questions about your account balance. The Monthly Payment Plan installment payments are for the month coming up-- so your July payment is for the month of July, August 1st (ish) for August, etc.
You can also just sign into your account and make a partial or full payment at any time, or bring a check or cash to the stops this week. If you're paying with check, please write your email address associated with the account on the check, and if paying with cash please remember to ask your Greeter for a receipt.

Grassfed Beef
We have a wide selection of different cuts of grassfed beef for sale online, and more is coming in soon!
Our beef is grass-fed, and because of their diet and exercise, it's incredibly lean. The marbling you'd see on a supermarket steak is from a managed diet of corn and soybeans, instead of grass like cattle are intended to eat. Why the switch? Grass-fed cattle take a lot longer to "fatten up" and grow to full maturity--almost twice as long as an industrial agriculture raised animal. Good organic grasses also require their own maintenance and cultivation, all of which means time and money. However we know, and we bet you do too, that this is the best option for the health and life of the beef cattle, the farm that raises them, and for us as the consumers.
