Lee & Associates, in cooperation with the property owner Prologis, held an open house recently to showcase the recent building improvements to the former Just in Time Packaging space at 1365 Mitchell Boulevard. Prologis has spent more than $1 million to renovate, and upgrade, the 300,000 square foot warehousing and distribution facility. The facility is one of the single largest industrial spaces within the village but was left vacant after Just in Time Packaging relocated to Bartlett last year. Lee & Associates hosted a number of other brokers and interested parties at the open house and will be working closely with the property owner and the village to fill the space.

Annual Prairie Arts Festival Returns Memorial Day Weekend

Mulch Delivery Requests

The village is accepting submissions for its residential mulch delivery program. Residents requesting mulch delivery will be required to prepay before their delivery can be scheduled. The cost of mulch is $50 per 3-cubic-yard load. Payment can be made one of two ways:
  • By credit card on the village's website using Webpay or
  • In person at the Finance Department, 101 Schaumburg Ct., with a credit card or check.

Limited quantities of mulch are available. Residents will be asked what dates they prefer to receive mulch. The village will NOT call residents to confirm time or date of delivery but will instead choose one of the requested delivery dates selected by the resident. Same day delivery requests cannot be made and priority of delivery will go by the date of delivery. WebPay orders will take priority over orders that are paid in person. If mulch runs out before a delivery can be made, the resident will receive a refund. For questions, dial 311 in Schaumburg or visit the website.
