I-90 Tollway Updates
All of the projects slowed a bit this week due to the colder temperatures, but all of the contractors plan to continue working as weather permits throughout the winter months.
The Meacham Road bridge contractor has crews on site. Their work is focused on installing reinforcing bars and wooden forms to encase the concrete that will support the new bridge pavement.

The Roselle Road contractor is still working north of Roselle Road. Storm sewer crews will start building the pipes that will carry stormwater from the I-90 bridge back through Central Road to the culvert.

The mainline contractors continue to press ahead with all available work. Again, use caution through those I-90 work zones. Traffic will move to new pavement during the next month, so please use extra caution and watch for new signs and new lanes. Be sure to visit the village's website for further information and other updates on this project.
