5th Grade Trip to WCTV
|
The fifth graders had a good time on their field trip to WCTV studios. During the one hour tour of the studios, they were able to learn more about what is actually involved in the production of daily weather reports and were introduced to the "weather green screen" used in weather reporting. Students were taken to the control room where directors were busy working in putting together the news reports for that day. The trip provided a great follow-up to the science chapter dealing with weather.
