Join us for a cool and creative summer experience!
Still not sure what camp to sign your child up for this summer? Do you want them to have a great experience and learn photography in a unique environment? Then look no further than the Southeast Museum of Photography!
Take advantage of a range of activities designed to educate and entertain ages 8-15. Structured as one-week sessions that follow a particular theme, participants have the option of registering for one, two or three week sessions. Camp sessions run Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Try making your own color powder portrait!
The Southeast Museum of Photography's Summer Photography Camps provide an introduction to the basic principles of picture-taking, but then take those concepts to the next level with specialized activities and the latest software programs! Campers have the opportunity to work in commercial studios, stage their own photo shoots, and experiment with new tools and techniques. No previous experience is necessary as campers receive hands-on instruction and inspiration.
Don't let your child miss out on this opportunity. Some discounts may still apply. Please call Christina Katsolis at (386) 506-4569 or [email protected] for more information.

The Digital Photo Academy places an emphasis upon learning fundamental skills, enhancing perceptual abilities, building a beginner's portfolio, and preparing work for exhibition. Students are introduced to a wide range of photographic styles and learning opportunities extend beyond the traditional classroom. This program coordinates directly with talented alumni, current DSC instructors, and commercial photographers to acquaint students with a broad range of digital photographic techniques.
The Academy offers a unique opportunity for teens to work alongside professionals to gain valuable input and to experience the various aspects and applications of photography in a vibrant and creative environment.
Each year, the best images from each student's portfolio are showcased in a traveling exhibition open to the public. The exhibition premieres at the Southeast Museum of Photography's Student Gallery then travels to various local venues.
