TUUCI Wins Best of the Year Award

MIAMI, FLORIDA

TUUCI, manufacturer of innovative shade products, has won a "Best of the Year" award from Interior Design magazine in the outdoor accessories category for its Plantation MAX Dual Cantilever Classic. The annual competition relies heavily on the opinions of interior designers and architects, with online voting to select finalists and a jury of design leaders that selects the winners.

TUUCI's Plantation MAX Dual Cantilever Classic won the award in recognition of how it combines art with engineering to provide a generously proportioned shade for two unique outdoor living areas beneath one parasol unit. With a 4:1 tandem-retrieving crank system, the Dual Cantilever is easy to operate with a solo crank that glides open both shades while maintaining a clear passage and uninterrupted ambiance beneath.

"TUUCI is all about bringing art and engineering together in shade structures that are as distinctively beautiful as they are durable, easy to operate and inspirational to experience," said Dougan Clarke, TUUCI founder and CEO. "Receiving this award represents recognition from the design community, which has been incredibly supportive of our efforts to redefine the shade products category and add to everyone's enjoyment of spending time outdoors."
