Koverton, supplier of contemporary outdoor furniture, introduces its new outdoor fabric collection, URBAN DU JOUR, that draws from today's street graffiti and urban art movement.
The collection features bold patterns, bright colors and abstract symbolisms to invigorate indoor and outdoor environments with the vibe of urban and inner-city trends.
The first two styles in the collection, West Side Love and SENizm, are designed by legendary New York graffiti artist George "SEN One" Morillo. Both styles represent his artistic style, and pay homage to the 1980s New York Upper West Side neighborhood where he spent his childhood influenced by the emerging hip hop culture, local art, music and dance scenes happening at the time.
"We are honored to be working with George. His love and passion for the street art are genuine. To our knowledge, this is an industry first, and we are deeply excited to have taken this from concept to reality," says Yan Wijaya, VP of Sales.
The URBAN DU JOUR fabric is manufactured exclusively for Koverton using 100 percent Sunbrella Acrylic yarns. It is designed for the outdoors and carries a five-year limited warranty.
