LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA

Distinguished legacy brand Brown Jordan is updating its identity with a new logo that connects the company's legendary achievements with its exciting future. The new corporate logo identifies the renowned manufacturer as one that offers sophisticated furniture products designed for the way people want to live today.

Brown Jordan company president Chris Carmicle said, "Our new logo represents the rich heritage of Brown Jordan, and our evolution as a creative pioneer. As we expand into new markets, the logo distinguishes Brown Jordan as an accessible company that is attracting a new generation of design-savvy customers."

Conceived and designed by SME Branding in New York, the new logo incorporates a stylized, forward-facing image of a classic Brown Jordan chair silhouette, as well as the date of the company's founding (1945) encircled by a "Heritage Red" medallion. The Brown Jordan name in a custom typeface sits below the image followed by the words, "the world's finest furniture."

Engaging and elegant, the logo communicates the premium identity of the product line and speaks eloquently to a discerning 21st century audience.
