An Epic battle was mounted against the Pit Fiend, when the evening started the creature Feared the majority of the group. Only Isbjorn was able to resist the Pit Fiends supernatural powers. Through cunning and determination they were victorious. Each pulling their weight to bring down this most formidable foe. Below details just a few of the victories that lead to the creatures demise:
- Isbjorn Dropping down on the Demon before it could Coup De Gras Liam; Eventually dropping rage to cut it down with a Holy Greatsword.
- Gerdi snaring the Pit Fiend with a curtain, causing it to withdraw at a very pivitol moment; Grasping it's blade and plunging it in the creatures chest before it could kill Isbjorn and Liam.
- Aoth using Globe of Darkness and Obscuring Mist saved the entire party; Dealt a lethal Sneak Attack through the mist.
- Liam staying diligent in his decision to destroy the beast while healing the group; swapping places with Isbjorn to deal massive blows with his Holy Spear.
With the Demon slain, the group expected a breather. Before they got a chance an ominous clapping could be heard. Aoth sent a dagger at the sound with pierced an illusion. As the mogic veil fell a single mage and 6 Crossbowman could be seen standing a mere 30ft from the group.
