D&D:  Out in the Cold...

Session 15  Recap & Exp.

Session 15:  Out in the cold...
The Battle Horn of Tempus survived their first night under the shadow of the spine.  The morning was filled with Aoth & Isbjorn wandering off scouting the area.  When Aoth didn't return the group set out after him.  Thanks to the heavy snowfall they were able to find a trail he was exploring.

Hilarity ensued when Aoth startled Isbjorn.  The entire team of horses managed to drag both Liam and Aoth about before Isbjorn finally took one for the team and jumped off the wagon.

Later, as the day was drawing towards a close, our adventurers noticed a hunting lodge in the distance.  Cautious, Aoth scouted out the building before they made a final approach.  Once there they met Felix and Dornu, Hunters and brothers that call these lands home.  They also met Verish, a Ice Giant that runs the hunting lodge.

Everyone was getting along great until they mentioned to Dornu that they were heading for the White Bear Tribe.  Isbjorn insinuated that he too could turn into a bear, which literally terrified Dornu.

After food and drinks with Verish the group settled in for the night.  A long sleep was enjoyed but also interrupted the following morning.  Our Horn's were tested.  The group fought off 11 Dire Wolves before something carried off the 12th.  Bloodied from a daunting battle with the wolves, the group finds no rest  as the front doors and barricade are blasted in!
Session 16:  A means to a Treaty
We will start session 16 right where we left off.  Feel free to level if you earned enough experience.  This will be considered a new encounter.  I think both Aoth and Liam are still wounded.  Several of Aoth's weapons are still stuck in Wolves.
