Aoth's blade plunges into Cat's chest. Blood everywhere a scramble begins. First Aoth moves closer managing to land several choice blows bringing her to a knee. Then the group, most in horror, move to stop Aoth. Lance is able to use brute force to move him from range of Cat. Aoth Screams at the group, trying to warn them of the danger Cat represents. Fearing what the group might have to do, Isbjorn turns into a Bear and snatches Aoth up. They both disappear into the forrest.
Before the rest of the group can fully understand what has happened, Cat makes her move. A bloody battle ensues. In the end the farmers are found in a ditch. Lizardmen, in disguise are killed. Cat is revealed to be a Drow, but escapes. Syessa is found partially eaten inside the wagon.
Cayn is caught up on the events of the last day. He helps the group leave, and seems worried about both the Drow, and the "Horsemen" the group defeated the previous morning.
Our session ended with the group exiting a large cave right on the spine of the world. It's a dark cold world all around them. They managed to make camp in the forest about an hour distance from the edge of the mountains that make up the spine. |
