I was asked recently why I "do" Laugher Yoga & write this newsletters - hahaha
I LOVE bringing PEACE to this PLANET by LAUGHING and BEING the PEACE I wish to see
I LOVE HEALING my BODY and FLOODING it with Oxytocin and
Endorphins which
make me look great and feel great
I LOVE to HUG PEEPS - I LOVE to LOVE for no reason - Peace & Love - Just BEcause

We love what we do Every Tuesday morning
And Thursday night Rain or shine
We get to show up and laugh with the most OMazing peeps
We are never sure who "they" are
or how many will show up.
Our JOB - joy of being - is to show up and
hold a sacred space for others
to come find the laughter.
