We are extremely grateful to the golfers and sponsors who supported our 5th annual Golf Classic last month and we wanted to share some of the photo highlights in this month's issue.

Dear Friends,
I am immensely appreciative and grateful for the confidence placed in me and the other members to see our project to full completion. More than ever I need your wisdom, your assistance, and your contributions, both tangible and intangible!
We have received the permit from the City of Los Angeles and are in the process of preparing the plans, specifications and architectural renderings for our improvements that will make the House of Lebanon a building that is appropriate for our community.

Dear Friends,
The Board of Directors recently voted in a new slate of officers for 2013-2014 and I am very pleased to be re-elected as the President of the Lebanese American Foundation. I look forward to the next two years, working with our team of board and community members to remodel a former bank building into the House of Lebanon - a place that everyone will be proud of and a place where we will offer programs and services to all our guests and visitors who walk through our doors. We still have not taken possession of the building, but we hope to move our offices into the building in a couple of months. We will continue to keep you updated as to our progress.
I would also like to introduce and welcome three new members of our Board of Directors, Mr. Antoine Morillo, Mr. Harry Nadjarian and Dr. Bassam Omari. We look forward to having them with us for many years.

I'm thrilled to know that my mosaic "Orchis Coriophora"M1 was selected to be included in the Mosaic Arts International 2013 exhibition at The Museum Of Glass in Tacoma, WA. The exhibition will be held from Jan 26-May 5, 2013. I'm proud to be chosen from more then 300 entries from artists from 12 different countries. Only 46 pieces were accepted on the show."
