February's wine and chocolate tasting featuring Ipacs Cellars and Delice Chocolates and Confections was a delicious success! The two local artisans worked together to pair the best combination of wine and chocolate for optimal tasting.

We're happy to report the conclusion of our 2014 holiday "3 Charities 3 Months" project. Thanks to customer participation, we were able to donate almost $900 to our three charities! They were grateful and smiling when we delivered the checks to them (and took a photo op). Good job everyone!

At the end of January, a trip to the international Professional Picture Framer's Association convention in Las Vegas proved fruitful for AFT! Larson-Juhl, a picture moulding making company, hosted their own national competition for design, and Emma won 3rd place in her category of art on paper!! She beat out over 700 other entrants with this design:

Not to be outdone, Kristen took home the 2nd place ribbon for our NW region in the PPFA's official international framing competition!
Do you remember when Kristen and Emma went to Las Vegas in January to hunt for wonderful new artists for the gallery? We found a lot! The orders have been steadily rolling in. If you haven't been into the gallery recently, you might not recognize it! We have new artists from Oregon & Washington as well as around the US and international that are just too fun to pass up. Keep stopping in during the next few months, we still have many orders on their way: you never know what you'll find!
