NH Secretary of State Issues Correction to Revocation Letters

The NH Secretary of State has issued a correction to the nonprofit entity revocation letters they sent at the beginning of the year. Specifically, the letters indicated that all nonprofit corporations would have to both submit a certificate of revival and attend a public hearing, when that only applies to corporations that were dissolved more than three years ago.

The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund offers flexible financing to support nonprofit facility and equipment projects that benefit or support people or communities with low-incomes or other disadvantages. Acceptable uses include real estate acquisition and bridge financing, real estate construction, renovation, and financing for equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
