Tomorrow is the Deadline for Comments on IRS Rule Change for Nonprofits

Comments on the new rules proposed by the Treasury Department and IRS - a separate, optional return to the IRS that would require nonprofits to collect Social Security numbers for any gift over $250 - are due tomorrow, Wednesday, December 16^th.
