The Adult Education Coordinator reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for creating an environment for adult students that is respectful, open to diversity, appreciates the qualities of the adult learner and nurtures leadership in both students and staff. The Adult Education Coordinator will supervise staff in accordance with the Center's policies; ensure implementation of a program that meets contract guidelines, as well as the needs of the target population, and is aligned with the goals and missions of the Center. This is a leadership position that requires the ability to build relationships within the community, state, and other organizations.

As a senior member of the team, the Development Director will provide leadership and strategy in all aspects of fundraising including campaigns, prospect research, donor stewardship and events. The Director will work closely with the Executive Director, a dedicated and passionate staff, a dynamic Board of Directors and Development Committee as well as a large volunteer group to promote the organization's mission and values to grow the base of donor support.

David's House is seeking a full-time Development Director. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the Development Office, managing the annual fund, donor stewardship and cultivation, developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and public relations plan, preparing annual budgets and regular activity reports, developing and implementing a Legacy Program, managing special events, and providing support for house operations.
