Best Art In The Round Yet!
Nearly 400 people attended Art in the Round last Friday in support of The Arc Baltimore. Guests bid high on iPads and their phones to take home a coveted piece of art created by artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Seventy-nine featured pieces were chosen by our selection committee from more than 200 submissions!
One lucky guest won a 65" Ultra HD 3DTV donated by Chris and Jen Brandenburg valued at $7,500. Other attendees took silly souvenir photos at the Pixilated Photobooth, danced to the music of the DJ and enjoyed the delicious food and Twisted Tulip specialty drink. Over $35,000 was raised for The Arc Baltimore and 60% of auction bids went to the artists - it was a wonderful night for all! Click below to see event photos.

Guests "Ham It Up"
This year, Pixilated Photobooth provided an in-kind sponsorship of one of their photobooths at Art in the Round. As you can see this was the perfect addition. Everyone certainly had a great time! Click below to see all the silly photos from the evening.

Adopt A Family For The Holidays
Outreach and Family Services always provides special assistance to our families to ensure they can enjoy holiday meals and gift giving/ receiving opportunities in November and December. We need your help to make it happen.
We invite companies, families, book clubs, service groups or any caring person to consider adopting a family of children with disabilities. This time of year can be really hard on Moms & Dads who want to make it a festive and memorable time. If you would like to collect/purchase all the fixings for a traditional meal, let us know. We have a suggested grocery list. Or help us fulfill the wishes of some of the children and their parents (who never want anything, but we insist they get gifts too).
For a family food list or to adopt a family and receive all the ages, gender info, clothing sizes, etc., contact Mercedes Thompson or 410-296-2272 ext. 5318.

Giving Tuesday Is Back
The Arc Baltimore is proud to be a partner of Giving Tuesday on December 2, 2014.

#GivingTuesday proves that the holidays can be about both giving and giving back. It celebrates how Americans can do more with their wallets than just shop - and that we Americans can give as good as we get. Don't make it all about shopping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Save some to give away on Giving Tuesday.
