It's Parents' Day Out. Take some time to restore yourself and leave your children -with and without disabilities - in the trained and qualified hands of volunteers for a morning of fun from 9 am - 1 pm on three different dates, at the following locations:

Our annual summer networking picnic is only a month away. Be sure to save the date on your calendar! Every year we provide activities, food, and fun to help our families, with young or adult children, get together and engage with each other. We hope to see you there!

Get Up And Get Out!

 

KEEN Greater DC  is a nonprofit volunteer-led organization that provides one-to-one recreational opportunities for children and young adults with developmental and physical disabilities at no cost to their families and caregivers. Participating kids range in age 5 to 12 years. Kids can choose to participate in sports, music sessions, or swimming programs. The sessions occur monthly, on alternating Saturdays or Sundays.

Captains Sharing & Caring provide boating and swimming opportunities for children with disabilities and serious illnesses. If you are interested in an adventurous outing full of family fun, be sure to join them for the 2014 launch!

Submit Your SUCCESS Applications 

 

Applications are available for the 2014 Fall Semester of the  SUCCESS program. The SUCCESS program is a partnership between the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and the Maryland Department of Disabilities, and it enables Marylanders with intellectual disabilities to participate in a four year post-secondary education program.

Donate your used car, van, truck, boat with a trailer, or recreational vehicle to The Arc Baltimore, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. The proceeds from the sale of our donated vehicles help to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
