Despite the recent foggy mornings diving in the Pacific Northwest is at it's peak right now. Conditions at Netarts last weekend were excellent (10+ feet of vis and sunny warm, 63 degree, skies). Further north we had 30+ foot visibility in the Hood Canal and Puget Sound two weeks ago.
HydroSports is excited to bring you several new resources this month, a deferred interest and extended payment program, the PADI ReActivate program, monthly Rusty Diver nights, our Tax Return Sale and special prices on our Open Water and Advanced Open Water classes.
We are excited to bring you an opportunity to help us fine tune our first trip to Cuba.

We're going to Cuba. Come with us!
As you may have heard, the US and Cuban governments are taking steps to normalize relations. The US government has NOT yet removed travel limits on US citizens to Cuba. However, there is legal path for US citizens to visit, dive, explore, interact with and understand the Cuban people.
HydroSports is setting up just such a trip. If you'd like to learn more about our plans click HERE.
We'll have an opportunity to scuba dive numerous sites around the island each morning and meet with local artists, musicians, historians, farmers, brewers and business owners in the afternoon and evenings.

New Open Water Class Package, $145
Beginning in mid-2014, PADI introduced a revised Open Water Diver class. The revised class adds focus on buoyancy management, trim, problem prevention and dive planning beyond the classic OW class. HydroSports reviewed and immediately implemented the revised curriculum appreciating the benefits provided to new divers.
At the beginning of 2015 PADI introduced new online learning tools both for computer and tablet devices. Students benefit from using these tools by completing class work on their schedule 24/7/365. Both tools are Mac, PC and Android compatible.
Beginning last month, all HydroSports classes will use the new eLearning tools. By using the new eLearning tools HydroSports is able to reduce classroom review time by 80% and is able to increase training time in the pool. Our staff is also able to introduce important local knowledge that supplements PADI material.
To kick off the new PADI materials, HydroSports is offering our Open Water Diver class for $145 for a limited time. Click HERE to view the flyer. Call the shop to register for our classes in March, April or May.
