Rebreather Pool Dive Flyer

In my excitement to send yesterday's newsletter I forgot to include your invitation to our Poseidon Rebreather pool dive Thursday night October 23 starting at the shop in Keizer at 6:00 PM.

Preregistration is required. Call HydroSports to register, 503-304-5383.

A current medical history form is required. The medical form must be signed by a physician only if one answers YES to a medical question. Click HERE to download a Medical History Form. If there are no YES answers on the medical history form a physician's signature is not needed.
