On the first day of the 2013-2014 school year, Alex Riffle and Courtney Simonson launched a campaign to build pride and school spirit in the Westonka community using a blog, a twitter handle and a hashtag. Now, with over 4,000 blog hits in the first month and 150 Twitter followers, the #MWHSPride campaign is quickly gaining momentum.
