Remove spent blooms from amaryllis. Enjoy them a little longer; keep this and other holiday flowering plants away from direct heat.
Last reminder - check the reservoir in your Christmas tree stand daily for water.
What do you do with your paper whites after they've finished blooming? Toss or compost them. Unlike other holiday bulbs (Amaryllis), paper whites cannot be coaxed to bloom again.

Perfect for indoor pots, planters, or hanging baskets, grow 'Brasil' in medium light areas and allow the soil to dry slightly between waterings. Fertilize during the growing season (late February through October); read and follow label directions for rates of application.
