You can kill cacti and succulents with kindness. Two secrets for green thumb success: full sun and well-drained soils that are allowed to dry between waterings. Easy-does-it with fertilizers as cacti and succulents are not heavy feeders.
Can't decide which ones to buy? Create your own dish garden with assorted cacti and succulents. We have the plants, pots and soil - you supply the creativity (we can help with that, too!) If you're short on time, our pre-made dish gardens will do the trick!

The Interfaith Nutrition Network, 'The INN', is the largest human service agency of its kind on Long Island, providing daily assistance to the many needy people living in our communities. Their shelters and soup kitchens are always in need of donations. We ask for your help throughout the winter by donating non-perishable food items. A collection bin is located outside the main doors at Martin Viette's. Your donations will be brought to the INN for distribution. We thank you for any assistance that you can provide.
