Saved Searches
During the months of September and October, MOMLS suggests that you start recreating your saved searches as THESE WILL NOT CARRY OVER FROM THE LIST IT TO FLEXMLS.
You will be able to go into flexmls after October 13th to enter your saved searches. We suggest that you start to edit and revise your searches at this point, eliminating those that you don't need or use.
Training
To accommodate our members preferred training method, we are providing large classroom training, hands-on workshops and webinars.
Classroom training will consist of 16 2-hour live training sessions in October in both Monmouth and Ocean Counties

Conversion Timeline
September 2014
- Initial data conversion
- Begin data testing
- Create custom report layouts
- Third Party Integrations programmed
- Photos begin being loaded to listings
October 2014
- Flexmls system runs parallel with List It
- Regular updates from SolidEarth to allow for members to become familiar with the system
- Training begins
October 27, 2014
- Go Live with flexmls!
- All listing maintenance will happen in flexmls from this day forward.
- List It will be Read Only and all data in that system will be stale from this point on.
November 2014 - November 30th is the anticipated date of the final cut-off of the List-It MLS system.
- MOMLS staff will start offering live training on the new system in our Tinton Falls and Toms River offices. That schedule will be developed and published soon.
