REALTOR® Emeritus Status

Any person who has held membership in the National Association as a REALTOR®, REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®, or a combination of both, for a cumulative period of 40 years in one or more Associations of REALTORS® is eligible before the new qualifications take effect in 2015.

2015 Changes: The criteria for becoming a REALTOR® Emeritus in 2015 will require at least one year of serving on a national committee, which includes serving as a Director, or serving as a Federal Political Coordinator (FPC). A provision allowing for state or local association service in lieu of national service for eligibility for National Emeritus status, was approved. This provision will be sunset after 2019.

If you qualify for REALTOR® Emeritus Status, contact Nancy Ciccosanti at nancyc@momls.com or 732-918-1340 x20.

REALTORS® Political Action Committee

rac

Since 1969 the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) has been promoting the election of pro-REALTOR® candidates across the United States.

During the last federal election cycle alone, RPAC contributed over $12 million to pro-REALTOR® candidates to Congress, making it the number one trade association political action committee in the nation.

Why has RPAC been successful? Because RPAC is not a charity. RPAC is a business.

Help us reach our 2014 goal of $81,690 set by the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®.  Make Your Contribution Today!
