Toddler Dance Party
Wednesdays 6/26, 7/31, 8/21 9:30-10:00am Ages 18 months & up
Dance and sing to your favorite tunes. Registration begins 4 weeks prior to each program.
Baby's Morning Out
Thursdays 6/27 - 8/8 10:15-11:15am Ages newborn - 3 years
Drop in for a morning of play and socialization. No registration is required.
Friday Frolics
Fridays 7/12, 7/19, 7/26 9:30-10:00am Ages newborn - 2 years
Stories + songs + rhymes = FUN! Registration begins 4 weeks prior to each program.
Preschool Storytimes
Mondays 6/24 - 7/29 9:30-10:00am OR 10:15-10:45am Ages 3-5
Preschoolers will have a blast at these Monday morning storytimes. Songs, picture books, and rhymes will all be part of the fun. Registration for the series begins May 28.
Terrific Tuesdays 10:30-11:15am All ages
Most Tuesdays from June 25 through August 13, we'll have programs the whole family will enjoy. Check the library's web page for a complete listing. Registration will begin 4 weeks prior to each program.
Archaeology Club
Wednesdays 7/2 - 7/24 10:30-11:15am Ages 5 and up
Each Wednesday, we'll read an Eqyptian book, do a craft and participate in a fun activity that will make you feel like you are living the life in ancient Egypt.
LEGO Club
Wednesdays 7/2, 7/17, 7/31 4:00-5:00pm Ages 5-13
Come use the library's LEGOs and let your imagination run wild.
Registration begins May 29.
And last but not least.....
DIG INTO READING: VISIT THE PHARAOH'S TOMB!
Step back in time and dig up some great books to read this summer! "Walk like an Egytian" right into the Children's Room any time beginning on June 20th and be transported to the "Valley of the Readers." Read for at least 15 minutes a day for 5 days a week, and you'll be eligible to enter our Pharaoh's Tomb for a prize! Read even more--for 200 minutes in the week--and you can enter a drawing for bigger prizes! The program runs from June 20th through July 25th and is sponsored by the Friends of the Fairport Public Library. For preschoolers up through entering grade 5.
