New Giant Screen Film: National Parks Adventure |
Explore America's most amazing natural wonders when the new Giant Screen film, MacGillivray Freeman's National Parks Adventure, comes to the Fleet's Heikoff Giant Dome Theater.
Moviegoers will experience the majestic beauty of some of our most amazing places, including Yellowstone, Glacier National Park, Yosemite and Arches. Along the way, the film becomes a celebration of the 100-year anniversary of the National Park Service and a soulful reflection on what wilderness means to us all.
To make room for National Parks Adventure, we will have to say good-bye to Jean-Michel Cousteau's Secret Ocean. See it on the Giant Dome screen before it swims away on March 17.
MacGillivray Freeman's National Parks Adventure opens on Friday, March 18, in the Heikoff Giant Dome Theater. Multiple shows daily. More>>
National Parks Adventure is a MacGillivray Freeman film produced in association with Brand USA and presented by Expedia, Inc. and Subaru of America, Inc. Major support provided by the Giant Dome Theater Consortium.

Dig into a jam-packed week of science fun when the San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering returns March 5-13.
The Festival kicks off on March 5 with Expo Day at Petco Park. Find the Fleet booth to try an Air Zooka and look for our live show, Don't Try This at Home, on the Illumina stage.

For the 21 and up crowd there will be presentations on groundbreaking science, discussions of art and science while sipping wine, a symposium of distinguished scientists ready to answer your questions at a brewery and a fun party at the Fleet about the science behind our favorite superheroes.
The events will be taking place all over San Diego at schools, libraries, community centers, breweries and restaurants, as well as right here at the Science Center. Join us!
